Our History
POS Professional Office Services, Inc. specializes in the manufacturing and marketing of printed business forms, filing systems, and related products to health care professionals and businesses. Servicing more than 26,000 customers nationwide, POS has been successful in our market by adapting to the on-going changes in offices and businesses of our customers. In 1995, we established POS-I-BILL, an electronic billing service as an alternative to our customers’ traditional in-house billing. In 1998, POS once again expanded to meet our customers’ growing needs by introducing POS-I-COLOR! Providing customized brochures, informational pamphlets and profile cards with four-color Digital Imaging. POS is well established as a diverse corporation, providing our customers with an unlimited variety of custom products and services.
POS Professional Office Services, Inc. began operation in late 1970 in a small building in Waterloo, Iowa. Printing and marketing of business forms and systems were the primary business. The sales territory at that time was limited to a small geographic area surrounding Waterloo. But sales increased rapidly and the primary mode of operation moved from printing to the production of business forms and systems. Increased sales brought rapid expansion. A new production facility and corporate office was built in Waterloo in 1973. Later, production facilities were established in Clearfield, Utah and Winter Haven, Florida. POS grew again effective May 2005 with the acquisition of Park Press Incorporated located near St. Cloud, Minnesota. Park Press operations offer further development of commercial printing for existing and new customers throughout the United States.
Since 1970, steady and consistent growth has dominated the history of POS. Today, POS Professional Office Services, Inc. has grown to become a leading national company in the production and marketing of a wide variety of products and services. POS is represented throughout the country by a staff of professional salespeople, who are backed up by a production and distribution system strategically located in Iowa, Florida, Utah, and Minnesota.
